Because we are not tied to a corporate entity, we have the luxury of doing what is best for our clients on an individual transaction basis. We cooperate 100% with corporate agencies, but don't charge hidden fees or have certain quotas that need to be met. We treat our clients as our family and personal friends. We do investment properties, referral work in every state, can find you a local plumber, electrician, window washer, carpet cleaner, you name it.

How do I get started?

The first step to getting started is to get a knowledgable and savvy lender. This first step is key and will give you your buying power. We have wonderful lenders we can recommend to get you on the path to owning a home or refinancing.

Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com,etc.?

Most agents do not like their clients to use these sites. Well, we'd be hypocritical if we said the same, because we use them all the time. With that being said, they do have their place, but ultimately a call to your agent to get the real information on a property is always best! When you find a property you like on one of these sites, give us the address so we can get all the accurate details of the listing and then let's start shopping!
